Chelsea bid 100 million for de Jong amid interest from Man United

Manchester United have targeted Frenkie de Jong Yo and he finally wants to leave Barcelona this summer.

 

 

Negotiations for a new contract have stalled with De Jong becoming the highest-paid player at the Camp Nou.

Although the Red Devils are still interested in De Jong Sport understand that Chelsea are preparing a huge 100 million bid to sign him this summer.

The Dutch midfielder has decided to stay at Barca despite an 85 million offer from Man United who were keen to sign him last year.

De Jong has made 19 appearances for the Catalans this season and manager Xavi is also set to leave in the summer.

Frenkie current deal expires in 2026 but Barca could be forced to spend a fortune as they struggle financially.
