Manchester United have been strongly linked with a move for Michael Olise, who plays as a winger (and midfielder) for Crystal Palace.
The 22-year-old is an exciting attacking talent but would signing him guarantee goals or assists?
Well, as per his stats, it's a bit of both.
The youngster spent time on loan at Reading back in 2020/21, where he bagged 7 goals and 12 assists.
Upon breaking into the Palace first team in 2022/23, Olise netted twice but assisted 11 times.
In the current season, Olise has scored five goals and provided just one assist so far.
He can play on the right wing or slot in as a midfielder if needed, meaning he'd be a valuable option for Erik ten Hag.
The Red Devils have struggled in front of goal this season and signing Olise, a relatively proven youngster in the Premier League, could be a fruitful decision.
